Projects, e-mails and Ask answers live in SecondBrain. Every page and every API call needs a signed-in user, so the knowledge base stays with the people an Admin has let in.

Two-factor from your authenticator app when it is on, plus ten one-time recovery codes.
Admins always use two-factor; a switch on Settings can require it for everyone.
Five wrong passwords or codes within 15 minutes lock the account for 15 minutes.
/health stays public; nothing else answers without a session.

Sign in

Use the e-mail address and password your Admin set up for you.

When two-factor is on your account, the next step asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or one of your recovery codes. Tick “Remember this device for 30 days” there to skip the code in this browser.

Accounts are created by an Admin on the Users page.

First start: the first Admin comes from the server settings with a password to change at once.
